This Privacy Policy describes how Faithful Path Ventures, LLC ("we", "us", "our") operating as Agency Dispatch collects, uses, stores, and protects personally identifiable information ("PII") submitted through this platform. By using Agency Dispatch, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Who We Are

Agency Dispatch is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform built for process serving agencies, private investigation firms, and their law firm clients. We act as a data processor on behalf of the agencies that use this platform (the data controllers). If you have questions about how your agency uses your data, contact your agency directly.

2. What Information We Collect

Account data: Name, email address, job role, agency affiliation
Case data: Subject names, addresses, phone numbers, court records, service addresses, legal document metadata, service attempt records, case notes
Sensitive PII (when entered by agency users): Social Security numbers, dates of birth, driver's license numbers, vehicle identification numbers, financial account information in case documents
Uploaded documents: PDFs, images, affidavits, and other legal documents uploaded to cases
Technical data: IP address, browser type, session activity, login timestamps
Communications: Case notes, messages, and emails sent through the platform

3. How We Use Your Information

To provide and operate the Agency Dispatch platform
To authenticate users and maintain account security
To generate case documents, cover sheets, and affidavits
To send email and SMS notifications related to case activity
To maintain security audit logs
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes

4. Data Storage and Security

All data is transmitted over TLS 1.2 or higher (HTTPS)
Sensitive fields are encrypted at the application layer using AES-256 before storage
Passwords are hashed using ASP.NET Core Identity (PBKDF2 with HMAC-SHA256)
SMTP credentials are encrypted using ASP.NET Core Data Protection
Security headers (HSTS, X-Frame-Options, CSP, etc.) are enforced on all responses
All significant actions are recorded in a tamper-evident audit log

5. Data Retention

Case data and associated documents are retained for as long as the agency account is active, plus a minimum of 7 years to comply with legal record-keeping requirements common in the legal services industry. Upon written request, we will delete personal information not subject to legal hold within 30 days.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process data:

Zoho SalesIQ — live chat widget on the landing page and help centers. Zoho may set cookies. See Zoho's Privacy Policy.
Twilio — SMS notification delivery. Message content may include case reference numbers.
Your agency's SMTP provider — document emails are sent through your configured email server.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to:

Access the personal information we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your personal information (subject to legal retention requirements)
Opt out of certain data uses

8. Data Breach Notification

In the event of a security breach involving your personal information, we will notify affected individuals and relevant authorities in accordance with applicable state and federal law, including within 30 days where required.

9. Children

Agency Dispatch is not intended for use by individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
