- Operate and maintain the Agency Dispatch platform
- Process and manage case data on behalf of your agency
- Send transactional notifications related to your account and cases
- Ensure platform security and prevent unauthorized access
- Comply with applicable legal obligations
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Data Ownership
All case data, client records, and documents you enter into Agency Dispatch remain your property. We act solely as a data processor on behalf of each agency. We do not use agency case data for any purpose other than operating the platform.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage for sensitive credentials, access controls, and audit logging. Access to your data is restricted to authorized users within your agency and to platform staff required for technical operations.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your agency account is active. Upon account termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion, unless a longer retention period is required by law. You may request early deletion by contacting us.
6. Third-Party Services
Agency Dispatch integrates with certain third-party services to provide its features, including payment processors, SMS providers, and AI services. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and may not use it for their own purposes. A current list of sub-processors is available upon request.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights under applicable privacy laws including the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information. To exercise these rights, use our Data Rights Request form or contact us at privacy@agencydispatch.app.
8. Cookies
Agency Dispatch uses session cookies required for authentication and platform functionality. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser, but doing so will prevent you from logging in.
9. Children's Privacy
Agency Dispatch is not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered agency administrators of material changes via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
